My journey began in 1998, not in a boardroom, but in a pool—teaching young people how to swim. What started as a simple act of service quickly became my life’s calling: helping others move from stuck to strong, from surviving to thriving.

Since then, God has guided me through an extraordinary journey of growth, leadership, and service. I’ve worn many hats—public servant, certified youth development specialist, trauma-informed life coach, personal finance strategist, community mediator, and fitness & nutrition coach. I’ve helped guide diverse communities through challenging transitions, led courageous conversations, and coached individuals out of life's deepest struggles.

But if you ask me where my wisdom comes from, I’ll tell you the truth: 

Failure shaped me. God saved me. Purpose fuels me.

I know what it’s like to battle through uncertainty, to feel like you’re out of options, and to keep swinging even after life has knocked you down. I’ve lived with questions, wrestled with identity, and juggled the weight of expectations. Through it all, I’ve learned how to lean into faith, strategy, and grace.
